I live in Norfolk, the jacket is from the 1980's or 1970's, it looks good and does the job.

No Norfolk is a county isurpose a bit like a state/province, how is it close? I live in the Uk, Norfolk, the area is also be called East Anglia.

My exhaust is 28mm and i think my cylinder is 28mm as well or very slightly bigger as it is quite a tight fit in the cylinder.
