the P6 is indeed air cooled, but its inner work is the same as the one from the rv6
the online difference is that the cluch cover has no waterpump
prices are in € and they ship to UK

I have found some cheap bearings and seals for the crank, says sintesi 50cc 1987 to 1992. just wondered if the bearings and seals are the same on the rv6 and rv3 because the cranks are different, the rv6 has longer shafts?and is it lighter? also are the gearbox bearings the same in both engines?
I hope you don't mind me asking all these questions but it's a lot of help when someone knows these engine very well becuase they didn't sell them here in the uk.

I'm almost a 100% certain that it are the same bearings, but as I said before, just take a look at the ones that are already inside your engine ![wink ;)](./images/smilies/wink2.gif)

C3 means nothing, you have a to look for a identification with 4 numbers
eg: 6303 (that's the crank bearing's number from an AM6)

Thomas rs50, i was just wondering if the am6 gears are different to the ones in my rv6, do you know how many teeth are on each gearshaft as this would help me know if the rv6 is quicker than the am6 as my rv6 will only just pull 55mph about 90km/h with a 14tooth front sprocket and polini 70cc at 9,800rpm max.

you are only getting 9.800 rpm? Thats not right. I got an rv4 and a mk 50cc and a cheap exhaugst, im getting about around 1100 rpm and i think about 85 kmph at top. Wat is ur compleet setup? think something might be squizing ur preformance.

Well my setup is a polini 70cc or a little below, double ring piston, i have a 3 speed but am fixing an rv6, i have a 19mm dellorto carb, mallosi reed cage with stiffer carbon reeds, standard exhaust, unlimited cdi unit(so i was told, well it lets it rev over 10,000rpm in neutral) and 14 tooth front sprocket, think the back is a 43tooth as i have the sintesi same as L-mo on the forum. i think the top speed was about 90kmph, i was hitting around 55mph or a little over that at nearly 10,000rpm, it wouldn't reach anymore in top gear.

your exhaust is holding you back i think. did you know u could use any axhaust aslong as the part that goes into the cilinder is the right size? You could use something like a Yasuni r3 or hmr.

yeah i've heard of using an am6 exhaust but modifying the bracket to fit, how much are the fastest high revving exhausts over there.

How much would you say a metrakit prorace or yasuni r3 or any other yasuni are new or second hand? as these are the only fast exhausts i know of for the am6.

Thomas rs50, i have been told by a person where i am getting my crank rebuilt that the am6 conrod dimensions are different to the rv6 conrod, and so he can't find an rv6 conrod, are you sure an am6 standard conrod will fit the rv6 crank and the stroke is the same?
