Hi all, just thought i would add a few pictures of my aprilia af1 sintesi and see what you think. There are a few scratches but is in fairly good conditon. The bike now has a couple of little stickers on it now so i will update the pictures with some better ones as well when i get time.[/img]

What does that Big L means?

it's used in Belgium when you don't have a drivers license yet, that you're still in the "learning" process.. (am I saying this right??)

I love the moped!!! it looks wonderfull for it's age, the scratches can be fixed, and so can the stickers

owyeah it's the 1989 version... it was made until may or june 1990...

hey on picture one,,, it looks like your chain is too tight... is that right? the chain has to be able to move for about 3 centimeteres

Thanks for all the coments, the chain does seem a bit tight and probably was. Thanks for the tip on how tight the chan should be, i usually allow a little movement. My top speed is 100/105kph on the speedo but i think they read a little fast, this speed is with a polini 70cc 47mm, 19mm carb 74 main jet derbi gpr50 cdi 15/40 gearing at 9000rpm and everything else is standard. The L on the front and back of the bike is because i am a learner and only have a provisional license, everyone who has a provisional license and rides a 50cc or a 125cc has to have one in the Uk. The scratches do let the bike down but they don't real bother me as i still think it looks great.


(EDIT): just thought i'd add some more pictures. i have some pictures of the exhaust just so people can see what it is.

I have added some more pictures, also some of the engine and exhaust. I just wanted to know if the pictures have come out ok and they're not too big? as on my screen they are too big to see properly and don't resize themselves all the time.
